A Remarkable Day at the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers Initiative 2023 Sukur Cultural Landscape, Africa’s first Cultural Landscape and Nigeria’s first World Heritage Site

We are delighted to share with you the highlights and heartfelt reflections from our recent endeavor at the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers Initiative 2023. This extraordinary event, held on November 28th, 2023, was centered around the mesmerizing Sukur Cultural Landscape in Adamawa State, Nigeria.

The day was replete with enriching presentations, motivating stories, and a shared commitment to the conservation of our precious heritage. We extend our deepest gratitude to all our partners, attendees, and volunteers who were part of this journey, both virtually and physically. Your active participation and support immensely enriched our event.
