AFIDFF Partners with National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM) in Nigeria

The African International Documentary Festival Foundation (AFIDFF) and the National Commission for Museum and Monuments(NCMM) on Tuesday 2nd February 2021 have signed a memorandum of understanding under which both organizations will collaborate to promote young creatives/artisans in the development of arts and cultural heritage to meet global prominence.

The NCMM has agreed to work together with and lend its expertise in professional development as part of AFIDFF core mandate which seeks to protect history, promote creativity in the cultural industry and project the true image of Africa through documentary and storytelling by Africans themselves.

Madam Malame Mangzha, Director General of AFIDFF while commending the Director General of NCMM, Professor Abba Isa Tijani for his dedication to duty and work ethics at the signing said, “We are delighted to collaborate with NCMM and for their support to AFIDFF. They are passionate about promoting creativity, development of arts and culture and working with AFIDFF we can achieve more.

Present at the signing were top officials of the two organizations.
