WHV Joint National Committee meets Australian High Commissioner

As the much expected World heritage volunteers initiative begins to take shape, AFIDFF and other implementing partners continue to forge relationships and partnerships with various organizations and parastatals to ensure a successful program.

To further strengthen and create more awareness for the upcoming event, the Joint National Committee on Friday 2nd  July 2021 paid a courtesy visit to the High Commissioner of Australia, John Donnelly at the Australian High Commission Abuja.

Presenting the purpose of the visit, The DG AFIDFF, madam Malame Mangzha expressed her gratitude to the High Commissioner for the willingness on the part of the commission to be a part of this epoch-making event in fostering youth Commitment toward World heritage even as she presented a brochure of Sukur cultural landscape to the High commissioner. The High Commissioner also presented a compendium of  Australian National Parks.

Present at the visit was the Deputy High Commissioner, Ian Dickson, Roseline Kurah, a NATCOM UNESCO Official, Barr. Jane Badejo of NCMM, Dr Rex Idaminabo and Abba Gadzama of AFIDFF
